Is Happy Hours safe for children?

I’m pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use Happy Hours?

Sorry Evies, this one is a no. The hero ingredient in Happy Hours, saffron, has not been studied for its safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding so we cannot confidently recommend it for this life stage. Please do reach out to us at info@wellnessco.com, or to your healthcare provider for support with mental health during these important phases.

Can my teenage daughter/son use Happy Hours?

Absolutely, this product is suitable for ages 12 and over.

Can Happy hours replace my antidepressant/anxiety medication?

Any changes to prescription anti-depressant/anxiety medications should be done in consultation with, and under the guidance of, a healthcare provider. Happy Hours is designed to be taken either alongside antidepressant/anxiety medication or as a stand alone support for mental wellbeing.

How long does it take for it to work?

While you can expect benefits to commence within one to two weeks of taking Happy Hours, we recommend daily use for 12 weeks to reap the full benefits.

Is Happy Hours allergy friendly?

Yes! Happy Hours is: Gluten free, Soy free, Dairy free, Corn free, Refined sugar free, GMO free, Free of artificial colours, flavours and additives.
