Key Ingredients
Zinc
Zinc is a crucial nutrient for ovulation. It is intimately involved in the maturation and function of an egg and research shows that zinc deficiency can inhibit ovulation and block the growth of healthy follicles. We use zinc gluconate beause it is the most studied form of zinc and has been shown to be more readily absorbed by the body than other forms of zinc.
Vitamins
Studies show that most women who use oral contraceptives should take daily vitamin supplements that have been carefully crafted to replenish the essential nutrients that deplete whilst using oral contraceptive medication. Requirements for B1, B2, B6, B9 and B12 all increase due to oral contraceptive use.
Rhodiola rosea root extract
Rhodiola has a long history of use in traditional medicine for many reasons - it is mainly considered to be an adaptogen or rather a natural substance with the ability to buffer the body's resistance to physical, environmental, and emotional stress. Rhodiola extract has been used in studies targeted at addressing fatigue, anxiety, depression, and stress.
Panax ginseng root extract
Panax ginseng has been used in Asia for centuries for various health purposes. It is considered an uplifting adaptogen - a natural substance that helps to stimulate the body's resistance to stressors. Panax ginseng contains many active constituents that give it its adaptogenic properties - the most important of these are ginsenosides.
B-Vitamins

Is Better Together: Energised safe to take while pregnant/breastfeeding?
We’re afraid not. Panax Ginseng (in Morning Person) is to be avoided when pregnant. If you are using while trying to conceive just stop taking Morning Person when you think you may be (or find out that you are) pregnant. All Systems Glow is safe to take while pregnant/breastfeeding, in fact it is super beneficial! Just be sure to check in with your health professional when combining ASG with other multivitamins.
Is Better Together: Energised contraindicated with any medications?
If you are on any medications, particularly thyroid medications or have a known thyroid condition, consult with your healthcare professional before consuming these products.
